The Motionless Electromagnetic Generator: Extracting Energy from a Permanent Magnet with Energy-Replenishing from the Active Vacuum

For about 10 years the inventors have been working together as a team, and exploring many avenues whereby electromagnetic energy might be extracted from various sources of potential, and eventually from the active vacuum itself. This has been very arduous and difficult work, since there were no guidelines for such a progress whereby the electrical power system becomes an open dissipative system in the manner of Prigogine's theoretical models but using determinism instead of statistics.

Motionless Electromagnetic Generator: US 6,362,718 B1

An electromagnetic generator without moving parts includes a permanent magnet and a magnetic core inducing first and second magnetic paths. A first input coil and a first output coil exited around portions of the first magnetic path, while a second input coil and a second output coil extend around portions of a second magnetic path. The input coils are alternatively pulsed to provide induced current pulses in the output coils. Driving electrical currents through each of the input coils reduces a level of flux from the permanent magnet within the magnet path around which the input coil extends. In an alternative embodiment of an electromagnetic generator, the magnetic core includes annular spaced-apart plates, with posts and permanent magnets extending in an alternate fashion between the plates. An output coil extends around each of these posts. Input coils extending around portions of the plates are pulsed to cause the induction of current within the output coils.

     Guidelines to Antigravity

This paper emphasizes certain little known aspects of Einstein's general theory of relativity. Although these features are of minor theoretical importance, their understanding and use can lead to the generation and control of gravitational forces. Three distinctly different non-Newtonian gravitational forces are described. The research areas which might lead to methods for the control of gravitation are pointed out and guidelines for initial investigation into these areas are given.

The Ball Bearing as a Motor

When a current is passed through a ball bearing it can act as a motor. This curious effect was pointed out by Milroy. The present paper gives a theoretical analysis of this effect. The motor can run in either direction on both dc and ac. It can be self-staring on dc. Some experimental results are presented in support of the theory.

Operation of Electric Motors from the Atmospheric
     Electric Field

An electret-type electric motor and a corona-type electric motor have been constructed for operation from the earth electric field. The power is delivered to the motors by means of simple earth-field antennas with radioactive or sharp-point collectors. Initial results on the operation of the motors are reported.

     Franklin’s Electric Motors

It was Benjamin Franklin who invented and built the first electric motors. In 1748 he described them in a letter to Peter Collinson, Fellow of the Royal Society of London. The motors operated on the principle of electrostatic attraction and repulsion. Franklin's motors are fascinating electrostatic devices and constitute a spectacular and inspiring demonstration of electrostatic forces. They are highly suitable as demonstration apparatus for use in large lecture classes.

Possibilitiy of Experimental Study of Properties of Time

Time is the most important and most enigmatic property of nature. The concept of time surpasses our imagination. The recondite attempts to understand the nature of time by the philosophers of antiquity, the scholars in the Middle Ages, and the modern scientist, possessing a knowledge of sciences and the experience of their history, have proven fruitless. Probably this occurs because time involves the most profound and completely unknown properties of the world which can scarcely be envisaged by the bravest flight of human fancy. ...

     An Electrically Charged Torque Pendulum

Using precisely timed parts of each period of an oscillating torque pendulum, a determination of individual short-time events was made in sequence. ... Unexpected phenomena were noted as follows: (1) When the pendulum was charged electrically with different, carefully controlled electrostatic voltages, it was observed, that positive and negative charges caused different delays. (2) The time of swing follows in first approximation a square law with a small negative bias. ...

1970 Solar Eclipse as "Seen" by a Torsion Pendulum

During the solar eclipse of 7 March 1970, readings were taken and recorded electronically of the times required for the torsion pendulum to rotate through a given fixed part of its path, involving both clockwise and counterclockwise motions, on its first swing from rest. Significant variations in these times were observed during the course of the eclipse as well as in the hours just preceding and just following the eclipse itself.

Realization of discrete states during fluctuations in

     macroscopic processes

It is shown that due to fluctuations, a sequence of discrete values is generated by successive measurement events whatever the type of the process measured. The corresponding histograms have much the same shape at any given time and for processes of a different nature and are very likely to change shape simultaneously for various processes and in widely distant laboratories. For a series of successive histograms, any given one is highly probably similar to its nearest neighbors and occurs repeatedly with a period of 24 hours, 27 days, and about 365 days, thus implying that the phenomenon has a very profound cosmophysical (or cosmogonic) origin.

On an Expression of the Electromagnetic Field Due to Electrons by Means of Two Scalar Potential Functions

The object of the present paper is to show when any number of electrons are moving in any manner the functions which define the resulting electrodynamic field, namely, the three components of dielectric displacement in the aether and the three components of the magnetic force at every point of the field, can be expressed in terms of the derivates of two scalar potential functions. This two scalar potential functions are explicitly evaluated in terms of the charges and co-ordinates of the electrons. It is then shown that from these results the general functional form of an electrodynamic disturbance due to electrons can be derived.
