Cosmic Rays

If you were told that extraterrestrial phantom objects were invading the Earth, you would either be alarmed or laugh at the thought of a ludicrous tabloid story. The fact is that these interplanetary travelers penetrate your body, a few every second, with speeds faster than a bullet, in Einsteinian terms, with relativistic speeds. The higher up a mountain or in a plane one rises the more your body renders to these strange objects. How can you avoid them? Regardless of where you are, you cannot avoid them! They are all around us. The Milky Way and the universe are filled with them. The very room in which you are reading is filled with them.
